By using Nimbus you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Nimbus is a browser-based tool for creating 3D product scenes and images. It is provided free of charge and “as is”, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Paid plans are not yet available.

Your work

You own the scenes, images, videos and models you create with Nimbus and may use them commercially. You are responsible for making sure that what you create, such as brand names and product designs, doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Nimbus to break the law, to mislead people, or to create content that impersonates other brands or people.

$NMB token

$NMB is a planned utility token on Robinhood Chain. It has not launched. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or financial advice, and no tokens are sold through this website. Crypto-assets can lose their entire value. Any future offer will be made only through an official crypto-asset white paper published on this site. Be careful with anyone claiming to sell $NMB before then.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nimbus is not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data stored in your browser. Keep backups of important projects with Export → Project file.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Danish law.
